 1 - Territory Scope (Eligible Medical Expenses Incurred in)

Plan A: Vietnam only

Plan B: South East Asian   excluding Singapore

Plan C: Asian Countries excluding Japan, HK

Plan D: Worldwide excluding US, Canada

Plan E: World-wide

 2 - Maximum Policy Limit

PlanA: $12.500 – Plan B: $25.000 – Plan C: $50.000 – Plan D: $100.000 – Plan E: $250.000

 3 - Room & Board  per night (max. 180 days per disability)

PlanA: $50 – Plan B: $100 – Plan C: $150 – Plan D: $200 – Plan E: $250

 4 - Room and Board per night- Intensive Care Unit (max 15 days per disability)

PlanA: $100 – Plan B: $200 – Plan C: $300 – Plan D: $400 – Plan E: $500

 5 - Hospital Misc. Expenses (reimbursement charges for pre-and post-hospitalization diagnosis tests and for charges incurred during an in-patient stay for medically necessary supplies and services) per disability.     

PlanA: $875 – Plan B: $1.750 – Plan C: $3.500 – Plan D: $7.000 – Plan E: $17.500

 6 - Home-nursing Limit per year

PlanA: 15 days – Plan B: 30 days – Plan C: 60 days – Plan D: 120 days – Plan E: 240 days

 7 - Surgical Charges (whilst admitted as in-patient). Limit per disability and per operation

PlanA: $1.200 – Plan B: $2.400 – Plan C: $4.800 – Plan D:      $9.600 – Plan E: $24.000

 8 - Organ Transplantation per policy period

PlanA: $5.000 – Plan B: $10.000 – Plan C: $20.000 – Plan D: $40.000 – Plan E: $100.000

 9 - In hospital Specialist Consultation (max. one visit per day and 180 days/year)

PlanA: $25/day – Plan B: $50/day – Plan C: $100/day – Plan D: $150/day – Plan E: $250/day

 10 - Emergency Accidental outpatient Cover (treatment taken within 24 hours at the out-patient Department of a hospital following an accident) per policy period.       

PlanA: $250 – Plan B: $500 – Plan C: $750 – Plan D: $1.500 – Plan E: $3.000

 11 - Emergency Accidental Dental Treatment (treatment received within 24 hours at the emergency room of a hospital immediately following an accident) per policy period.      

PlanA: $250 – Plan B: $500 – Plan C: $750 – Plan D: $1.500 – Plan E: $3.000

 12 - Emergency Medical Evacuation per policy limit
